I recently decided to play metroid again. So I downloaded the GameCube emulator (dolphin). However, I can't find metroid prime iso anywhere! It's not on any of my favorite rom sites! | 1 | Press L+X at bonus screen, press L+Y before quitting. |
| 2 | This preserves your codes, so it can be useful if you are testing button codes. If you quit normally, it refreshes the memory and your codes go away. |
| 3 | The artifacts show up in your log book and there respective locations are filled in in your log book, but the impact site takes no care that your log book says you have them. |
| 4 | DISCLAIMER: I've tried the code twice, and when I checked my file after saving, the timer read 00:00, Ive loaded my file twice, and everything seemed fine. |
| 5 | When in ball form, press the Y button on the first controller to get into the third person view. When you are morphed into a ball, press 'A' on the second controller. Samus will be crunched up on the ground and you can move and shoot like normal in visor mode. Thanks to Deathknight for his code note. |
| 6 | Switch your beam to Power Beam to use this code. Then press C-Stick Up to switch to the phazon beam. Press Start to turn code off. The phazon beam can be used on most enemies and some bosses. |
| 7 | Don't save your game after using this code! It somehow corrupts the save, so everything gets reset. It is mainly useful if you want to read about everything in the game, but don't want to take the time to scan everything. I think when you truly scan all the items, it does a couple of steps and then sets this value. By setting this value without the other steps, it seems to screw up the game. |
